Terms and Conditions
1. Cancellation
Members have the right to cancel their Traffic Taxis membership at any time. All existing referrals and/or credits, cash and future earning potential through our affiliate program will be forfeited at the time of cancellation.
2. Refunds
All sales are final. Traffic Taxis will not issue any refunds for credits, upgrades or any other types of advertising purchased, or for failure to cancel services or subscriptions. It is the member's responsibility to cancel unwanted subscriptions at PayPal, AlertPay or other payment processors. No Exceptions.
3. Inactivity
Traffic Taxis reserves the right to terminate a member's account if no activity has occurred for 2 consecutive months. Any existing cash, credits, or referrals in said account will be forfeited. Requesting that we remove you from our mailing list will result in your account being deleted.
4. Associations
Traffic Taxis is in no way associated with PayPal.com, AlertPay, or any other payment processor, and merely uses them to process payments for such things as membership fees, paid advertising, and purchasing credits. Furthermore, Traffic Taxis will not be held responsible or liable for any problems, damages, or losses that may occur with regard to a member's direct association with PayPal, AlertPay (or other payment source) and any other aspects of their account.
5. Liability
Traffic Taxis, as well as its administrators, partners, and sponsors, cannot be held responsible or liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur as a result of using Traffic Taxis services. Members agree to use said services at their own risk.
Furthermore, Traffic Taxis does not directly endorse any member products that are presented in the surf, banner, or link rotator. We merely serves as a directory of other websites and is therefore not responsible for the privacy practices and/or content of those websites.
Please note that Google could delete your adsense account if they catch you rotating your blog or site with Google ads on it in a traffic exchange. It is against their TOS.
6. Prohibited Content
Traffic Taxis reserves the right to refuse any advertisement and/or website that we feel is inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to the following types of programs:
- Sites that contain extreme adult content
- Pornography, racial or hate issues, vulgar language, illegal content.
- Sites promoting HYIP programs
- All auto surf programs
- All investment surfs, gambling
- Paid-to-click, paid-to-read, and paid-to-promote programs
- Randomizer programs
- Any other program which TrafficTaxis deems inappropriate.
If any of these types of sites are found in the exchange, Traffic Taxis reserves the right to immediately suspend the site, and all credits assigned will be deleted from the account. The decision of Traffic Taxis in these matters is final and not subject to debate.
Additionally, websites will NOT be accepted into our network of member sites if they contain the following:
- More than one (1) pop-up window
- The ability to break out of the surf frame
- Overall content based on a language other than English
7. Rotators
Traffic Taxis discourages the use of rotators. The member is totally responsible for the content of the URLs promoted in the rotator. Any rotator found to violate the Terms of Service will be deleted and the member will lose all credits assigned to that rotator. The member also risks losing his or her account, all credits, cash and referrals.
8. Robots
Traffic Taxis members are strictly prohibited from artificially accumulating credits to their account through the use of (but not limited to) any device, program, or robot. Anyone suspected of cheating will have their account terminated immediately. All referrals and existing credits and cash will be forfeited.
9. Spam mail
Traffic Taxis has a zero tolerance for Spam. The use of unsolicited mailings of any kind is strictly prohibited. Any member found to be using Spam tactics will have their account terminated. All referrals and existing credits and cash will be forfeited. This includes spam sent to admin at Traffic Taxis in the form of autoreplies or other unsolicited emails. Do not do this, your account will be deleted!
10. Agreement
Traffic Taxis reserves the right to change, alter, or add to these terms and conditions as well as discontinue our services at any time.
Member Statement:
I have thoroughly read and understand the Traffic Taxis terms and conditions. In joining and/or purchasing a Traffic Taxis membership, I am automatically agreeing to said terms and conditions.

If you are not getting emails from us, if your sites are suspended and you don't know why, OR if you have put in support requests and have no answer, PLEASE change to a Gmail email address! We want to help, please make it possible!
